Meeting space is available at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. Requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first served basis and are subject to space availability.
Please Note: Functions for ABA Attendees cannot be scheduled during official show or program hours, including social events.
Please complete the attached form here no later than January 17th, 2020. While completing this form, review the following to clearly communicate your requirements.

- Polycom—for external conference calling to include colleague in your meeting

Once your ancillary request is approved, event staff will provide email confirmation including the following information:
