With definitions, sample claims, common errors and detailed information on coding for physician and facility services, the ABA Coding and Reimbursement Primer is the “go-to” reference for the burn care professionals. 2001 Practice Guidelines for Burn Care
These evidence-based guidelines for the management of acute burn injury summarize the current scientific basis of the clinical practice for the management of acute burn injury. A copy of the guidelines is available free of charge to all ABA members on the members only section of the website; non-members can find pricing and ordering information on the publication price list, below. Updates are being done under the auspices of the Committee on the Organization and Delivery of Burn Care, chaired by Dr. Nicole Gibran, and are being published in the Journal of Burn Care and Research as they become available.
