What do I do if I have registered but the system says my email is not registered?
The system takes 1 business day after registration to appear in the virtual conference system. If it has been more than 1 business day, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I register at any time during the 2020 virtual meeting, if I didn’t register initially? How?
YES! Click here to register. You will receive an email with login instructions and a link to the conference. It may take up to 24 hours for you to receive the email.

Where can I find my poster?
Poster sessions were combined into topic categories in the Virtual Conference. You can find a list of the posters in each category along with the poster numbers here.
When can I access the Education Sessions?
All Education Sessions are available 24/7 until the conference closes August 31st. Speakers have pre-recorded their presentations for Education Forums and Correlatives and these videos can be played anytime. Posters are shown as pdf files only, no recorded voice or video. ALL sessions have a dedicated CHAT ROOM for questions and the exchange of ideas. The CHAT ROOMS are available 24/7 as well.
How do I claim CE?
In the coming weeks you’ll be able to complete a session evaluation after viewing the education session content. The link to the evaluation will go to an external evaluation site and the number of CE for the session will be added to the total number of CEs on your certificate. Total CME/CNE that can be claimed for the conference is 53. We are working to accredit Physical Therapy and Dietician.

Is this a live conference?
This is as asynchronous conference that will be open through August 31st. All Correlative and Education Forum presentations are recorded. Posters are viewable as pdf files. You can visit as many times as you like to view the presentations as your schedule allows. We are working on adding some networking opportunities. Please stay tuned!
Can I present my poster?
All posters will be shown as the pdf files in the same session groups as planned for the Orlando meeting. The sessions will have associated chat rooms for participants to ask questions and comments.
