Committees are the backbone of the ABA. They develop guidelines and programs that support the strategic plan and advance the field. Members can apply to be a part of a committee and many committees are open to anyone with an interest who wishes to attend meetings.
Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
The ABA has over 20 SIGs where members with common interests exchange ideas and provide education.
National Leadership Conference (NLC)
Participate at NLC by meeting with key governmental officials in Washington D.C. to help shape policies and promote an advocacy agenda affecting all burn centers.
Journal of Burn Care & Research (JBCR)
Submit original, peer-reviewed articles to the Journal of Burn Care & Research, the official publication of the American Burn Association.
