Additional Information

The ABA Fellows in Training Program, includes complimentary membership, Annual Meeting registration, and exclusive educational content just for burn fellows.

National Burn Awareness Week, observed the first full week in February, is a window of opportunity for organizations to mobilize burn, fire, and life safety educators to unite in sharing a common burn awareness and prevention message in our communities.

The FABA credential will recognize physicians who demonstrate specialization in burn care through advanced contribution and commitment to the field. Sponsorship opportunities are available for FABA recognition events.

The ABA Burn Prevention Award is presented for exceptional burn prevention efforts. The award will be presented to an organization whose burn prevention activities demonstrate local, regional, statewide, or national impact. The recipient organization will be recognized as a prevention leader in the burn community who has achieved wide-scale reduction of burn injuries and/or progress toward elimination of burn injuries utilizing community partnerships.

ABA’s Coding & Reimbursement Primer addresses coding for physician services, including key concepts about coding, coding systems for physician claims, and recent CPT changes affecting burn surgery. CPT codes and descriptions are included with the publication.

You have an exclusive opportunity to gather feedback from and create awareness with an educated and targeted audience of burn care professionals. The webinars create an environment free from competition with other event activities.

Webinars are also offered as a series, scheduled throughout the year.

The ABA hosts smaller, in-person events throughout the year independently of the Annual Meeting. These 2-3 day meetings are typically targeted to specialists within a topic or discipline and attract up to 200 attendees.

Sponsored opportunities can be purchased separately or developed into a custom package for your organization, offered all year long.
